For this, we have developed the new Zoom-Opticsplus module which supports an alignment accuracy of up to 3 µm. It is the direct way to sustainably increase the process reliability, application flexibility and efficiency of your FINEPLACER® pico. The Zoom-Opticsplus module can be quickly retrofitted and set up directly at the operating location of your system.

Camera

The camera with a 1/1.8” CMOS chip IMX265 from Sony and a resolution of 2056 x 1542 pixel is the perfect unit for this optical system. Combined with a state-of-the-art optical zoom lens it allows you to see up to 220 line pairs per mm.

With the integrated shutter you can adapt the focal depth of the optical system. This makes disruptive topographies a thing of the past.

Zoom

The 0.57x to 9.7x zoom lens helps to visualize very small or larger components. It can be adjusted continuously but also allows instant switching between fixed zoom steps, using a clever snap-in mechanism. This is especially helpful when working with the mask generator.
